Iran’s youth handball team qualifies for World Cup
TEHRAN- Iranian youth handball team has qualified for World Cup on Sunday in the competition which takes place in Amman, Jordan.

Iran beat South Korea 36-28 in the semi-final round of the 11th Asian Youth Handball Championship and booked a place in the World Cup event as one of two Asian teams.
Iran is to play Kuwait on Tuesday in the final game. The team was previously beaten by Kuwait 33-31 in the group stage.
The ten–day tournament features the participation of 13 teams which are divided into four groups.
The 2009 Youth Handball World Cup will be held in Denmark.
