Beijing Paralympics: Iran's sitting volleyball team reach Final

The Iranian national side beat Russia in three consecutive rounds, 25-11, 25-13, and 25-20 to become one of the finalists of these competitions for the sixth time in a row.

The other finalist of the games was known earlier in the day when Bosnia's Sitting Volleyball Team beat the Egyptian side three-nil.

Both the final between Iran and Bosnia and the game for winning the 3rd and 4th places of the games between Egypt and Russia would be played on Monday.

The Iranian Sitting Volleyball Team has won four gold medals and one silver medal during the past five Paralympic Games.
