BEIJING- Olympic gold medalist Hadi Saei is scheduled to go against Nepali rival in the men’s -80 kilogram taekwondo competitions at the Beijing Olympics on Friday.

Other Iranian representatives Reza Naderian and Sara Khosh-Jamal Fekri failed to qualify for the next stages on Wednesday.
Saei will compete with Deepak Bista at the USTB Gymnasium. He has won the bronze and gold medals in the 68 kg class in the Sydney 2000 and Athens 2004 respectively.
Saei has been World Champion in the Tae Kwon Do World Championships seven times and was awarded the title of “Best Tae Kwon Do Player of all Time” by the International Board.
