Sam Allardyce, Bolton’s manager, has stated that he has been forced to throw in Teymourian into the deep end due to an injury crisis at the club. Allardyce said, “Even though I wanted to bring Andranik gradually into the first team fold, I am forced to bring him straight in because of the injury situation. He is a player with a bright future and has the ability to do things right for us. I just wish I could have given him more time for his debut, but that is not the case. He has the ability, even with his limited experience, to do well on Saturday.
Teymourian, on the back of a good week representing Iran in Asian Cup Qualifiers, will become the first Iranian to start a Premiership game on Saturday.
